We have stayed here before and this time we stayed for a night on the adult only floor. Check in was quick and check out was convenient. They give you complimentary chocolates at check in. The room was beautiful, modern, and very clean. We didn't get a chance to explore the hotel this time but I do know its beautiful. We ordered breakfast from one of the hotels restaurants which was great. You can either go grab it or have it delivered. We got ours delivered and they were prompt.
We rented a villa, king with bunk beds. The room was very spacious. It was on the 1st floor, which was very convenient. It was January so the vinyl floor throughout was freezing! You could feel the cold air coming in the patio door and fireplace. We stayed 3 nights and only had maid service the first night. It was disappointing to leave for the day only to come back to unmade beds, garbage cans overflowing and wet bath towels. When i told the front desk, they were unapologetic and sent new towels. The indoor pool was crowded. No lifeguard but there is a pool attendant handing out towels. You need to use your hotel key to get in in
Excellent! Comfortable beds. Pool and jacuzzi was in great shape. Wish they would open before 9 am for us early birds that need to get moving.
We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff are super nice and hospitable. I was a little surprised however that our room was not ready when we got there at 4:50pm, when it states online check in is at 4:00. However, by 5:10ish our room was ready and looked nice. We booked a room with a direct door to the indoor pool which was super convenient for us! We had a great time using the pool with our toddler. This was a resort that was packed with kids, which obviously we didn’t mind, but I could see it being an annoyance to others so just something to keep in mind. We had lots of screaming kids and were splashed a lot by then at the pool, totally fine by us as we have a child as well, but important heads up to adults who might be wanting a kid free trip. This resort is very family friendly and great! Staff was top notch and I appreciated them trying to enforce the no kids in hot tub rule, and quiet hours on the floor, it was much appreciated!
It is a nice "resort". I use the term a bit loosely because it does not really have resort amenities, nor the "all-inclusivity" of a true resort. I'm sure it is much nicer in the warm months, as there is not a lot to do in the cold months. Most of the amenities are outdoors, including the pool tables, air hockey tables, playground, and majority of the pools. It would be nice, if in the winter months, there was an adult swim time slot, as the I door pool is the only amenity available, in winter. Other than that, the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The establishment was also pristine and warmly decorated. Would stay again, in warmer season.
Our stay was wonderful. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The pool was fun for the kids. My only issue was the light that shone through the door at night. I kept thinking I hadn’t shut the door, so I was up all night checking it.
Our stay here at Eden Resorts was great. The staff was very friendly. We had ordered breakfast from room service and went to the Bistro for happy hour. The food was delicious. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Although music in pool area could have been more upbeat we really enjoyed our stay and plan on returning.
Very nice hotel/resort located in the heart of lancaster and within 10 minutes of dutch wonderland. We stayed here with numerous family members, each having different room accommodations. We stayed in one of the one bedroom suites in the main hotel. Room was large and featured a fireplace, kitchenette, and 1.5 bathrooms. My parents stayed in the villas which were also very nice. The resort has a nice littlw playground, which is great for little kids. The indoor pool is rather large and well maintained. They have a large buffet on the weekends, which I didnt try, but looked decent. Overall id definitely recommend if your headed to lancaster.
